Conditions:
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons $ 15.00 each night.
- Childrens 10 years and under stay free in parents apartment.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum stay and higher rates may apply during holidays and Special Events.
- A deposit is required to hold a reservation and is applied to the last day of your reservation.
- Balance is due at check in.
- Cancellation policy: 30 days notice prior to arrival for deposit refund, less $ 30.00 service
charge.
- No refund for early departure or holiday deposits.
- All NON SMOKING Rooms. Smoking is allowed in all outside areas. $ 100.00 cleaning fee
will be charged for smoking inside a Room.
- Reserved parking is available (one spot per apartment for registered guests only)
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
- Sorry, no pets are permitted.
- Rates do not include state and local taxes
- Check in: after 2:00 PM ; Check out: before 11:00 AM
- Must be 23 years or older to register.
