  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons $ 10.00 each night.
  • Childrens 10 years and under stay free in parents apartment.  Kinder bis 11 Jahre uebernachten kostenlos im Beisein ihrer Eltern
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum stay and higher rates may apply during holidays and Special Events.
  • A deposit is required to hold a reservation and is applied to the last day of your reservation.
  • Balance is due at check in.
  • Cancellation policy: 30 days notice prior to arrival for deposit refund, less $ 30.00 service charge.
  • No refund for early departure or holiday deposits.
  • All NON SMOKING Rooms. Smoking is allowed in all outside areas. $ 100.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a Room.
  • Reserved parking is available (one spot per apartment for registered guests only)
  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
  • Sorry, no pets are permitted.
  • Rates do not include state and local taxes
  • Check in: after 2:00 PM ; Check out: before 11:00 AM
  • Must be 23 years or older to register.
