Conditions:

  • Rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Extra persons $ 12.00 each night. Children 10 years and under stay free in parents apartment.
  • Minimum stay and higher rates may apply during Holidays, Special Events and Weekends
  • A deposit is required to make a reservation and is applied to the last day of your reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
  • Balance is due at check in.
  • Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 28 days or less prior to arrival results in deposit being forfeited. All other cancellations: $ 30.00 + tax.
  • No refunds for early departure or holiday deposits. If the apartment can be re-rented then the re-rented nights will be refunded.
  • All NON SMOKING Rooms. Smoking is permitted in all outside areas. $ 150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a Room.
  • Reserved parking is available (one spot per apartment for registered guests only)
  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Checks accepted with a minimum stay of 10 days
  • Sorry, no pets are permitted.
  • Rates do not include state and local taxes
  • Check in: after 2:00 PM ; Check out: before 11:00 AM
  • Must be 23 years or older to register.
